A black man was murdered by white police officer by kneeling down on his neck till he died

It was reported that the victim tried begging them, he said 

 “Please, please! I can't breathe.My stomach hurts, my neck hurts, everything hurts. He kept begging them for his life until he was silent and motionless. Other people around was begging too but the whit police officers didn't oblige. 

However, the two officers involved in the scene have been put on paid administrative leave, as an investigation has started.
