The Federal Government has acquired and implemented Profiling Robots to process passengers at the Departure Hall of airports . These Profiling Robots have been designed to detect unwanted items and to also check temperature
It was disclosed by the government via NTA News Twitter handle on Saturday, as while observing a test run at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos as they prepare to reopen the Airport for domestic and international activities.

The robots would be used for passenger facilitation processes including profiling, check-ins, temperature checks as well as detection of security threats including dangerous goods and arms.
It was reported that the test run of the robots was done on Saturday and happened to work well and will be adopted in other international airports across the country
