    Movie Review : The Train

Since this movie weeks back, many Christians have found purpose in life. This movie which shows the life of Mike Bamiloye, the father figure of the Mount Zion film ministry is actually a thought provoking, prayer pushing and inspiring one. Produced by Dami, the first son who has been running the ministry so well and Directed by Joshua, the social media influencer who is also a very good actor as well as musician, this movie promises to be one of the best you have ever watched. It's not surprising it made it way to my Top 5 Mount Zion movies of all time. You can as well check that on this blog.

Here are few reasons 'The Train' is actually a master piece.

    1. The Script: For a movie to break even, one thing that must be present is a good script. It would show the turn of events and how the character plays out. A good scripts is what The Train has. No one can make any derogatory statements on how fake the script is because it is based on the survival story of a man who is a beacon of hope to the young generation. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 9 for Janine such a good script. The remaining one is for tithe back to God for the inspiration. Lol.

    2. The Setting: Since I watched this movie, I have been wondering where they got such an ancient settlement. The houses used were so old, I was even thinking the movie has been acted many years ago. This shows you the Location Manager did his job excellently well. Kudos to him. I was overly amazed when I saw the house with staircase outside (towards the last scene when Mike was preparing to go to his Sister's place). I was wondering, 'do we still have such houses in Nigeria?'. Nice scenery I must confess.

    3. The Soundtracks: Having the sensational Lawrence Oyor, who is the gospel musicians rave of the moment in Nigeria team up with his friend, Joshua Mike-Bamiloye on the music aspect of this project is something noteworthy. Lawrence who was Joshua's Groomsman in his wedding last year, didn't fail in letting the Holy Spirit take over the ministration.

    4. The Soundless Sounds: I must confess, this movie really transformed my life and Hence the Soundless Sounds. The Soundless Sounds is my version of saying the ministration of the movie is wonderful. The Lord spoke to me through this movie and if you haven't watched it, I bet it you are missing.

Before I end the marriage of Pen and paper, permit me to share 7 things I learnt from the movie:

    1. Back then, it was drama that wasn't totally accepted in the church but today it is Poetry. Most modern day Pentecostal Churches have accepted the infusion of Poetry in preaching the gospel. The only problem is the ancient churches who have the aged ones as pastors. Although, even the 'so called gospel Poets' have not been displaying the right attitude in Christian dressing and comportment.

    2. Rotimi, MAB friend made a decision out of anger. It didn't take him too long to decide because he was beclouded by what was before him. He missed The Train and we have never heard of him since then.

    3. Every Man has his own tale of struggles. If you don't have any, then check yourself.

    4. Marriage is at an appointed time. 'Though it may tarry, it would surely come to pass'. Don't rush is but build yourself while waiting. Gloria kept on reading books on how she wanted her life and marriage to be modelled.

    5. ....... Look to God for inspiration. This quote shows the futility of relying in Man and the fruitfulness of trusting God.

    6. If God gives a vision, it is accompanied with a mission but not without the necessary provision to complete the mission and accomplish the vision.

    7. Your background has nothing to do with where God is taking you. Once he chooses to use you, he breaks down all barriers and takes away all odds.

    Score: 9/10
