A wise man will hear and will increase learning and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.

Why is Wisdom the first thing you might ask? it is because every other thing will not make sense when Wisdom is absent.

Many opportunities will continually passed by a person when Wisdom is absent. You will dabble into the wrong things because you lack wisdom.

you will hold gold in your hands and still throw it away because you are not wise.

Two people of the same ability can be in the same place listening to the same thing and seeing the same thing then suddenly there is a difference between the two. One is profiting from what he is opened to but another is not profiting. The dividing line between the both of them is wisdom.

 what a wise man will hear and will profit from, if one who lacks wisdom listens to the same thing it will sound as rubbish to his ears. same way you cannot teach matrix to jss1 students there are some things that no matter how much you love a foolish man you cannot tell him. because as good and profitable what you want to offer to him is, the only condition for him to profit from it and maximize it is for him to get Wisdom. So instead of throwing your pearls to pigs, it is better you first encourage him to GET WISDOM.

 THE EXCELLENCY OF WISDOM IS SUCH THAT IT IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERY OTHER THING. ANYTHING BUILT WITHOUT WISDOM BEING THE FOUNDATION WILL SURELY NOT LAST AND NOTHING CAN BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT WISDOM.
