THE INTERCEPTION

He was moving with agility, with speed, with fury, all out to achieve the burning desire in his heart. He was moving as if nothing could stop him, his plans were all going successfully and he could see himself fully achieving his goal, he was determined.

But as he went on there was an INTERCEPTION.

He was so full of himself, going without listening to what anyone might have to say, having concluded in his mind.

But there was an INTERCEPTION.

And in the INTERCEPTION he was REDIRECTED. He was brought to a realisation of his present state. He saw himself as he truly was, and he didn't rush back into things as usual.

No!! he waited for instruction.

Who is he? He is Saul of tarsus, the persecutor of the early church who later became one of the great Apostles of the one whom he persecuted.

Many of us have been running a journey we sent ourselves. Either right from the beginning of the year or from previous years, with the hope that all through the year without anything being able to stop you you will pursue your goals and attain them. But unfortunately there has been an unpleasant INTERCEPTION.

We have been stopped, we have been slowed down, we have been hindered by the pandemic.

After Saul's interception, he went on a three days lockdown but after our interception, the government sent us on lockdown and curfews with restricted movement and activities.

Saul's interception was successful and gave birth to a redirection which made him to walk in God's purpose for his life. His interception started outwardly but he allowed it to get inward. he was successfully intercepted.

We also, our intersection started outwardly but have we allowed it to get inward? have we been successfully intercepted?

Many got themselves unnecessarily externally busy even during the lockdown, and many others found themselves into different sort of things just to while away time which profited them little or nothing.

But only few you paid attention to the inward beckonings, to inner Discovery, to the callings of God, to the drawings from God, to be changed from inside out.

Truly many will come out with a new skill,

but is your life all about skill? the skill is all to the end of making money.

But is your life all about money?

The money is to what end?

Have you been successfully intercepted to pay attention to the things that truly matters?
