Desperate times they say calls for desperate measures. Here are 8 weird jobs which pay stinkingly high amount.
1. Armpit Snuffers: Basically companies involved in the production of deodorants have professional sniffers whose job is to sniff the armpit of various humans and compare the effect of the scent on their armpits. They smell the armpit before the introduction of the perfume and compare the difference after the application of the deodorant. The annual renumeration for this job is about $50,000.
2. Line standers: Think of getting paid for just standing? Yes, that's what happens when someone has another engagement but just doesn't want to miss his place on the line. A lone stander is paid just about $1,000 per week which sums up to about $52,000.
3. Food stylist: Various high star ranking hotels have various food stylists whose job basically is to design food and make it look presentable. The food stylist gives the food the right color composition and have a daily wage between $600-$800.
4. Professional cuddlers/smugglers: For someone like me who's claustrophobic, it's obvious this won't work out for me. Some people going through hard time order a professional cuddler when they feel depressed or lonely. Their annual salary scale is about $7 million.
5. Embalmers: The job description entails dressing dead ones in preparation for a burial. Embalmers makes $34,000 per month for starters and professional embalmers make about $64,000.
6. Crime scene cleaners: Ever wondered how a crime looked like? You can only get it after forensic have done their job in picking up all necessary informations from the scene. A crime scene cleaner is deployed to clean the scene and make it look as though nothing ever happened there. Their salary scale is between $35,000-$80,000.
7. Dog food tasters: Dog food tasters basic job is to see if the food made by the dog food manufactures is edible enough for dogs by tasting it. Their salary scale is between $40,000-$120,000.
