Often time, we are made to believe that the cause of our life challenges is the government of our nation, we are made to believe that until the government correct things it cannot be corrected.
Because of this wrong notion we ve leave our life under the mercy of our leaders which is against the word of God. In the book of Proverb 4:23 Solomon the wisest king of his time clearly told us that all the issues of life that a man experience come from his heart.
His heart is the very source and originator of his life experiences either good or bad. And this applies to every man both good and bad ones, even leaders are not exempted from this principle. We are all product of our heart thoughts. Hence, we cannot become better till our thought is.
The reason for our limitations is not our parents, environment nor our leaders as we have wrongly believed. Yes, all these things have their own part to play, but they are just physical manifestations of our inherent thoughts which is how we see things.
They might have influenced us while growing up, but they are not responsible for our lives anymore, we are the one responsible for it. This is what maturity is about, is about you taking responsibility for your life, think different in your heart. Accept your mistakes and think on how to correct them.
Our heart is the key to shape our future, according to the word of God in proverb 4:23, it's the source of all things that manifest in our lives.
To shape our future we need to restructure our heart, correct how we think and see things then there will be a different experience and manifestations in our lives.
Your future is hide in your thoughts, it's the key to correct things and make them better in the future. From today onward begin to correct your thoughts, be intentional about what you think on and give attention to and your life shall experience greatness.
